  Went into Matrix as iPhone button had detached at the back. The service was quick, friendly at a great price! Will Defo be going back for any other phone issues.

  This seems go against the norm but thought i should share anyway. Took my phone in to get a cracked screen repaired and a new headphone jack installed. After having my phone for 10 (ten!) days, it now has the following problems -
  1. Front and back are not fitted properly an come away from the frame - apparently this is because the frame is bent and there's nothing they can do. It wasn't an issue before I went in...
  2. Battery lasts about half as long as it used to.
  3. If I don't put the phone down as gently as if it were a new born baby, it turns itself off because the battery is also loose.
  4. It gets really hot, reeeeaaaaally quickly.
  5. It no longer connects to WiFi.
  Other than that, it's absolutely fine...and all for just £90. Bargain!!
